Quality/Variety of Services & Facilities (S&F) - The services DMOs provide not only guide planners but give groups access to all the destination has to offer including top-notch facilities in their location.
Service/Responsiveness of Staff (STF) - Responsive, thorough, thoughtful DMO and tourist office staff hold the keys to their destinations.
