Please consider the following criteria areas when voting for Destination Marketing Organizations:

  • Area Group Amenities (AGA) - A location which allows group visitors to have a unique experience at their meeting.
  • Quality/Availability of Information (INF) - Great meeting planning hinges on the quality of the information provided by the DMO you work with.
  • Quality/Variety of Services & Facilities (S&F) - The services DMOs provide not only guide planners but give groups access to all the destination has to offer including top-notch facilities in their location.
  • Service/Responsiveness of Staff (STF) - Responsive, thorough, thoughtful DMO and tourist office staff hold the keys to their destinations.

Hotels/Resorts

Please consider the following criteria areas when voting for Hotels/Resorts:

  • Meeting Services & Facilities (S&F) - Dedicated conference facilities offering comfortable, working environments. Individually adjustable lighting, heat and air conditioning, with flexible set up options to make programs run smoothly. Staff that takes action and delivers needed services quickly and professionally to make attendees feel at home while traveling.
  • Accommodations (ACC) - Clean, comfortable rooms. Above standard bathrooms. Up-to-date, in-room entertainment systems. Good work area with internet/computer connectivity. Liberal room service hours of operation.
  • Amenities (AM) - Recreational options and thoughtful extra perks.
  • Food & Beverage (F&B) - Quality and varied food options along with quality and variety in refreshment breaks.

Conference Facilities

Please consider the following criteria areas when voting for Conference Facilities:

  • Meeting Services & Facilities (S&F) - Dedicated conference facilities that are purpose-designed, offering comfortable, working environments.
